SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the BUYER regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically from RIVARTE's www.rivarte.com website.
CONTRACT DATE
This contract is deemed accepted by the BUYER on the date the order is placed.
DELIVERY
The product will be sent to the address specified by the BUYER, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the cargo company’s inability to deliver.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal without any reason within 14 days.
The product to be returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be made in writing to support@rivarte.com.
COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized.
